Shipping Policy - ApexMech

At ApexMech, operated by BOTERO DIGITAL HOLDINGS LLC, we strive to deliver our high-quality mechanical models and engineering kits to enthusiasts worldwide. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email at admin@apexmech.store.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer Worldwide Shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time: Once processed, orders typically take 10 business days to arrive at their destination anywhere in the world.

Total Lead Time: Please account for both the processing time (1-3 days) and the shipping time (10 days) when estimating your order's arrival.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or local postal service issues beyond our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

ApexMech is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages

ApexMech is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. International Shipping Policy

We currently ship to most countries globally. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at admin@apexmech.store to verify if delivery is possible to your location.
